Return Policy

1. User will be eligible to return his/her purchased item only if he/she received a damaged product.
2. Users will not pay delivery charges in such cases. We will be responsible for it. 
3. Attach a copy of the packing list or confirmation email from the order, and indicate the new size or new items required. (In such case, we cannot assure that all products and sizes will be available for exchange in stock.)
4. Users can ask for a refund also for this case.
